Our Chauffeur was more than professional. He was very customer service oriented and my son and his 13 friends felt like he treated them with great kindness. Our service was for prom night, and we as parents felt very safe and comfortable with our decision to use your service as a safe means of transportation for our teenagers. Initially the rental was for fun, but in the end I enjoyed the safety of the Limo, the kids could socialize and be fun loving teens without the responsibility of having to drive while distracted by the events of Prom. I would highly suggest your service to all my friends. We saw another limo on the same day of prom run by another company, and it looked like a beat up school bus inside. Just horrible. The Presidential Limo was in excellent condition and was very classy. I thought the interior looked very plush and well taken care of. I especially liked all the Liability forms, as the parent who put my credit card on the line, I appreciated that you had each and every passenger take some of the liability off of me by signing those forms. Many other parents did not want to be responsible, leaving me to hold the share of the potential liability. Luckily we had no problems of any kind and the experience was wonderful. I would use your service again, because I also liked how your prices included tax and tip because notoriously people cheap out on the tip leaving the well deserving Chauffeur cheated. Thank you for the great service your company provided us yesterday. We cannot say enough good things about the experience. We appreciated your telephone calls confirming the limo rental the week before the event and the day of the event. Because of those calls, we did not worry about whether or not the limo would show up. Then, when the limo arrived, it was on time and in excellent condition. Our driver, Kevin, was professional and friendly. He set up the tailgate when we arrived at the stadium and took care of packing everything away and having the car ready for us after the game. Please thank him again for us.
